mt

I finally succumbed to the mt or masking tape craze. This tape is similar to regular masking tape but it's made of rice paper and is available in a variety of colors and patterns. You can stick and re stick it to many items without causing damage or leaving residue. For ideas I recommend visiting the mt site. You can also read the story behind the tape in both Japanese and English.

thanks so much for the link! i've recently purchased some of this tape myself and i'm itching to know what to do with it!! for now i've been decorating the backs of envelopes that i send to friends in the mail and using it instead of clear tape in wrapping gifts, but i'm sure there are much more creative ideas out there. thanks again! *

Lunatepetal- I checked out mt on Etsy and you weren't kidding, it is expensive. Maybe when I return to the States I will carry mt in my suitcase.

Tifanie- You are welcome! I'm looking forward to seeing what you create / decorate. To be honest I have yet to come up with any smashing ideas for it. I think my husband has used it more than I have.
